  • This is the Call Routing Schedules page. Although your enterprise's Call Routing schedules are associated with the Auto Attendant feature, they can also be used with the Find me & Follow me and Simultaneous Ring features.
  • On this page you can view the schedules established by your administrator. These schedules cannot be deleted or modified.
  • You can also establish your own personal call schedules for use with the Find Me & Follow Me feature. Any schedules you create will be labelled as Personal under the Type column. Only Personal Call Routing schedules can be deleted or modified.
  • If there are a large number of call routing schedules, they may not all be able to be displayed on this page. In this case, click Find all to display all schedules.

  • You can also refine your search by choosing from the search criteria in the drop-down lists and clicking Find.
