Viewing and searching Call Routing Schedules

This is the Call Routing Schedules page. Although your enterprise's Call Routing schedules are associated with the Auto Attendant feature, they can also be used with the Find me & Follow me and Simultaneous Ring features.

On this page you can view the schedules established by your administrator. These schedules cannot be deleted or modified.

You can also establish your own personal call schedules for use with the Find Me & Follow Me feature. Any schedules you create will be labelled as Personal under the Type column. Only Personal Call Routing schedules can be deleted or modified.

If there are a large number of call routing schedules, they may not all be able to be displayed on this page. In this case, click Find all to display all schedules.

You can also refine your search by choosing from the search criteria in the drop-down lists and clicking Find.
