How to modify or remove pre-authorized payments

- 1. Enter your email address and password.
- 2. Click Log in.
- 3. Click Bills and payments.
- 4. Click Payments.
- 5. To modify an existing pre-authorized payment, click Edit.
- 6. Click on the dropdown menu and select payment option.
- 7. Under Scheduled payment date, select the date in which payments will start.
- 8. Click Continue.
- 9. Review and check I have read and agree to the terms and conditions above.
- 10. Click Submit to complete.
- 11. To remove an existing pre-authorized payment, click Remove.
- 12. Review information and click checkbox Are you sure you want to cancel all future pre-authorized payments?
- 13. Click Remove to complete.
