How to modify or remove pre-authorized payments
1. Enter your email address and password.
2. Click Log in.
3. Click Bills and payments.
4. Click Payments.
5. To modify an existing pre-authorized payment, click Edit.
6. Click on the dropdown menu and select payment option.
7. Under Scheduled payment date, select the date in which payments will start.
8. Click Continue.
9. Review and check I have read and agree to the terms and conditions above.
10. Click Submit to complete.
11. To remove an existing pre-authorized payment, click Remove.
12. Review information and click checkbox Are you sure you want to cancel all future pre-authorized payments?
13. Click Remove to complete.
