  • 1. Open the app by clicking on the icon on your phone.
  • 2. If you are logging in for the first time, you must accept the 9-1-1 limitations.
  • 3. Enter your username (this is your 10-digit Bell Total Connect phone number) in the Username field.
  • 4. Enter your password (this is your Bell Total Connect portal password) in the Password field.
  • 5. Select whether you would like the app to remember your password.
    If Remember password is selected, you will automatically be signed in and not have to re-enter your password each time you log in.
  • 6. Tap Sign in.
    You also have to allow the app to access your device’s camera, microphone, contacts and calls.
