Using the communication dialog box

- Depending on the type of communication used (chat messaging, audio call, video call), the communication dialog box displays controls such as:
- Chat window and history
- Profile display
- Hang Up
- Hold
- Mute
- Volume control
- Call from phone
- Video call
- Dial-pad
- File transfer
- This option only appears when the contact is online. You can transfer a file by selecting the File transfer button and browsing for the file on your computer, or dragging and dropping a file into the instant messaging communication window.
- Please note your companyʼs Bell Total Connect administrator may have disabled some options.
