Using the communication dialog box
Depending on the type of communication used (chat messaging, audio call, video call), the communication dialog box displays controls such as:
Chat window and history
Call from phone
- This option only appears when the contact is online. You can transfer a file by selecting the File transfer button and browsing for the file on your computer, or dragging and dropping a file into the instant messaging communication window.
Please note your companyʼs Bell Total Connect administrator may have disabled some options.
