How to verify whether a user has access to the Call Pick-up feature

- 1. After selecting a group, perform a search for the user you want to verify.Note: Click the + or – buttons to add or remove criteria fields to help further refine your search, or leave the search field blank before clicking Search to see the full list of users.
- 2. Click on the user.
- 3. If the user is assigned to a Call Pick-up group, the feature will appear on the user’s Call Management / Standard call settings page.
- 4. Click Call Pick-up to display the user’s Call Pick-up group and all of its members.Note: If the user has been given access to the Directed Call Pick-up without Barge-in feature or the Directed Call Pick-up with Barge-in feature, these options will also appear on the user’s Call Management page.
