  • The Call Routing Schedules page allows you to set timetables within the Auto Attendant to automatically activate or deactivate greetings and prompts. It also allows you to set menu options based on the time or day of the week. Individual users can also use the schedules when setting up Find Me & Follow Me and Simultaneous Ring rules.
