How to record your voicemail greeting

Before activating your voicemail you will need to record a personal voicemail greeting.

1. Dial the voicemail access number 877-235-5777. (toll free in Canada and the US).

2. Choose the language.

3. After the prompt, enter your 10-digit phone number.

4. Enter your voicemail password followed by (#) key.

5. Follow the prompts to record your greeting.
