About the Web portal

The Web portal is an easy-to-use online tool that lets you manage your telephony features and functionality. For example, once you are logged into the portal, you can:

Activate and deactivate call management features such as Call Forward, Simultaneous Ring and Find Me, Follow Me.
Establish a call routing schedule
Manage your voicemail (if applicable)
Reset your passwords and update your profile
Download Mobile and Desktop app
Manage your Auto attendant (if applicable)
