How to activate Call Forward Universal

Call Forward is entirely user programmable (except for Local Link without pre-programmed voicemail) allowing you the ability to change and reconfigure your call forward arrangements as required, without incurring additional programming charges.

1. Lift the receiver and press *72.

2. Dial the number you wish to forward calls to.

3. Listen for the confirmation.

4. Hang up.
