How to check your voicemail
Notifications for new voicemail messages are displayed in a badge on the Call tab.
1. Touch the Call tab.
2. Touch and hold the 1 digit on the dial pad until your device starts calling (about 3 seconds).
3. Follow the prompts to access your voicemail.
Note: There is a gap of approximately 6 seconds from when the call is placed and the mobile app is notified. In order to avoid missed calls, if Voicemail answers the call before the phone rings, increase the number of rings the phone should ring before going to voicemail.
You may not receive notifications that there are voicemail messages waiting if you log out of the client and back in. Please check your messages on a regular basis.
