How to log in to the app
1. Open the app by clicking on the icon on your phone.
2. If you are logging in for the first time, you must accept the 9-1-1 limitations.
3. Enter your username (this is your 10-digit Bell Total Connect phone number) in the Username field.
4. Enter your password (this is your Bell Total Connect portal password) in the Password field.
5. Select whether you would like the app to remember your password.
If Remember password is selected, you will automatically be signed in and not have to re-enter your password each time you log in.
6. Tap Sign in.
You also have to allow the app to access your device’s camera, microphone, contacts and calls.
