My Business Fibe TV is frozen or pixellated
If the picture on your TV freezes or is pixellated, followed by a “Signal lost” message, try rebooting your modem.
1. Unplug the power cable on the back of the modem.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Reinsert the cable.
4. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the modem to complete the rebooting process.
5. Once the modem has restarted, check to see if your signal has returned.
