My Nova remote is not working
If your Nova remote control isnʼt working, try these easy troubleshooting tips. If your remote still doesnʼt work, please see How to program my Nova remote to work with other devices for further instructions.
1. Ensure the two AA batteries in the remote still have a charge. You may need to put in fresh batteries.
2. Press the Bell button at the upper-left corner of the remote, then try changing channels to see if the receiver responds.
3. Ensure there is a clear path between the remote and the receiver and that nothing is blocking the remote's signal from reaching the receiver.
