1. Touch your Personal status icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

2. Touch your display name

3. Select one of the availability status presented; Available, Away, or Busy.

Note: All-day meetings will not change your availability status to Busy – In meeting.

4. Touch Save to save your changes.
