Viewing your Call Pick-up group details

If the administrator has added you to a Call Pick-up group, you will see the Call Pick-up feature listed on the Call management page of the Bell Total Connect web portal.

Note: If you have not been assigned to a Call Pick-up group, you will not see this option on the Web Portal.

Clicking on Call Pick-up will take you to a page showing you which group you have been assigned to as well the names and phone numbers of the people in your group.

Note: You can belong to only one Call Pick-up group at a time.
