How to retrieve a parked call
All users, including those who are part of a Call Park group, can retrieve parked calls by following these steps:
If you are at your desk, dial *88 followed by the # key or press the PickUp soft key on your phone.
Note: Depending on the phone model, you may have to press the More soft key twice to see the PickUp option.
If you are at someone elseʼs desk, you can retrieve a call that was destined for your own phone by dialling *88 or pressing the PickUp soft key on your phone, followed by your phone number (or extension) and the # key.
