How to park an active call that can be answered by any user within your enterprise

1. Place the call on hold.

2. Dial *68 or press the Park soft key on your phone.

Note: Depending on the phone model, you may have to press the More soft key twice to see the Park option.

3. After the prompt, enter the phone number to which you want the call to be parked.

Note: If no number is entered and you hang up immediately, the call is parked against your line. There is no indication that a call is parked on a user's phone. You will need to advise the recipient that you are parking a call against his or her number.
