Guide for users

1. Go to bell.ca/totalconnectportal.

2. Enter your username and password.

Note: If this is your first time logging in, enter the temporary password provided by your Bell Total Connect administrator. The system will then prompt you to change your password. If you have not yet received your temporary username or password, please contact your administrator.

3. Click Log in.

Note: Your account will lock automatically after five unsuccessful login attempts. If your account becomes locked, please contact your administrator.
