About the Web portal

The Bell Total Connect Web portal is an easy-to-use online tool that lets you manage your telephony features and functionality. For example, once you are logged into the portal, you can:

  • Activate and deactivate call management features such as Call Forward, Do Not Disturb and Call Waiting
  • Configure Call Transfer options
  • Manage your voicemail
  • Configure advanced features such as Simultaneous Ring and Remote Office
  • Add contacts to your speed dial function and personal directory
  • Search for contacts within your enterprise directory
  • Reset your passwords and update your profile
