About Simultaneous Ring

The Simultaneous Ring feature lets you program up to 10 separate numbers to ring at the same time when a caller dials your office phone. This means you can:

  • Provide a single number where clients and colleagues can reach you
  • Never miss a call, whether you are away from your desk, working from home, or on the road
  • Manage a single voicemail box from any phone and via the web
  • Establish routing rules to activate the feature only at scheduled times or when receiving calls from specific phone numbers

Your list of Simultaneous Ring numbers is also recognized when using the IP Voice Anywhere service, whether or not the Simultaneous Ring feature is enabled.

The Call Forward All Calls, Call Forward Busy, Call Forward No Answer, Remote Office, and Do Not Disturb features all take precedence over Simultaneous Ring.
