Web portal access hierarchy

There are three main levels of access to the Bell Total Connect Web portal: Enterprise, Group and User. Each has its own account types with different privileges:

  • Enterprise Level — An Enterprise Administrator can modify settings at the enterprise, group, and user levels. An enterprise-provisioning administrator can modify only a subset of the enterprise-level settings (e.g., passwords), but has full privileges at the group level to support administrators and users.
  • Group Level — Group Administrators can modify settings at the group and user levels, while Department Administrators can modify only a subset of the group-level settings.
  • User Level — Users can only modify their own settings at an individual level.
