How to change the incoming call privileges for a group

1. After selecting a group, click Call management.

2. Click My Plan.

3. Click Calling Plan - Incoming.

4. In the Calls from within the group column, uncheck the box to prevent incoming calls from within the group for the department specified on that row.

5. In the Calls from outside the group column, choose a setting from the available options in the drop-down list for the department specified on that row.

  • Y — Allows users to receive all calls from outside the group.
  • P — Allows users to receive calls from outside the group only if the outside calls are transferred or forwarded by other users inside the group.
  • N — Prevents users from receiving any calls from outside the group, even if the outside calls have been transferred or forwarded by other users inside the group.

6. In the Collect calls column, uncheck the box to prevent incoming collect calls for the department specified on that row.

7. If an administrator has set pre-defined digit strings, they will appear as subsequent columns on this page. In these columns, uncheck the box to prevent incoming calls from those digit strings for the department specified on that row.

8. To save your changes, click Save and you will be returned to the previous page. To exit without saving, click Cancel.
