About Transfer Numbers

The Transfer Numbers page allows you to define the transfer numbers used to divert a call when a user makes an outgoing call specified on the Outgoing Calling Plan and Outgoing Digit Plan pages.

The transfer number can also be directed to an Auto Attendant recording or to an operator for call-control purposes. You can configure up to three different transfer numbers by entering them in the Transfer Number 1, Transfer Number 2 and Transfer Number 3 columns. If one transfer number is busy, the call will be diverted to the next number identified.
