About Call Park

Call Park allows users to ‘park’ an active call against another Bell Total Connect phone number or extension so that another user can answer it. The availability of this feature depends on the service package assigned to each user. Administrators establish Call Park settings for all users and specify settings for a sub-group of users (referred to as a ‘Call Park Group’).

Administrators also configure the recall settings for unanswered parked calls, including specifying the number to which the recall is routed and the length of time required before an unanswered call is recalled.
