Guide for administrators

The Announcements page is accessible from each Receptionist Queue's Call Management menu, and allows you to customize three types of announcements: an Entrance Message, a Comfort Message (the message that plays intermittently while the caller is on hold thanking them for their patience), and Music on Hold. For each type of message you can either use the system default recordings or create your own.
