How to set up Bell Mail in Outlook Express

- You can use Microsoft® Outlook® Express to send, receive and manage your Bell Mail messages.
- 1. In Outlook Express, click Tools.
- 2. Click Accounts…
- 3. Click Add.
- 4. Click Mail…
- 5. Enter your name.
- 6. Click Next.
- 7. Enter your Bell Mail address.
- 8. Click Next.
- 9. For the incoming mail server, enter pophm.sympatico.ca.
- 10. For the outgoing mail server, enter smtphm.sympatico.ca.
- 11. Click Next.
- 12. Enter your Bell Mail address.
- 13. Enter your Bell Mail password.
- 14. Click Next.
- 15. Click Finish.
- 16. Click Properties.
- 17. Click Servers.
- 18. Select My server requires authentication.
- 19. Click Advanced.
- 20. Under Outgoing mail (SMTP), select This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
- 21. Under Incoming mail (POP3), select This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
- 22. Click OK.
- 23. The email account has been added. Click Close.
