  • The Voice Portal is where you record your name as you want others to hear it when calls are directed to your extension.
  • 1. Dial the Voice Portal number.
    Note: Your Bell Total Connect administrator will provide you with the dial-in number.
  • 2. After the prompt, enter your passcode followed by #.
  • 3. You will then be prompted to record your name.
