  • 1. From the My Room Preferences window, enter the local or toll-free number in the Dial-in number field.
  • 2. In the Moderator PIN field, enter the conference ID followed by the # key, the * key, the moderator PIN and the # key again (e.g., 1234567#*1234#).
  • 3. In the Conference ID field, re-enter the conference ID number followed by the # key.
  • If a conference bridge is not specified, calls cannot be initiated from My Room.
