  • Administrators can navigate the Bell Total Connect Web portal at the Enterprise, Group, or User levels, thereby providing access to that level's settings.

  • 1. After logging in, click on either Groups or Users.
  • 2. Perform a search for the group or user.
    Note: Leave the search field blank before clicking Search to see the full list of groups or users.
  • 3. Click on a group or user to reach their respective access level. You can modify various settings for the selected group or user once selected, as long as you have the correct level of access.
