  • 1. After logging in, click Call management.
  • 2. Click Device Management.
  • 3. Click Set up.
  • 4. In the Templates column, click Edit or Copy to modify or copy an existing template.
    Note: Once you have completed this step, you can customize the template as you need. For specific customization steps, see How to add a device template.
