• Shared Call Appearance displays your incoming and outgoing calls on other phones, giving your colleagues the ability to join your active calls at anytime. You can set a warning tone to let you know when somebody joins your calls. In addition, when this feature is enabled, incoming calls to your office line will ring both your phone and your designated colleagues' phones, allowing them to answer calls on your behalf.

    The Shared Call Appearance feature is typically used by managers or executives and their administrative assistants, or by colleagues who collaborate closely.
